10 Welterweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2023

Cezary Oleksiejczuk

22 | 6’3″ | Łęczna, Poland | 10-2 | 6 Finishes | 4 KO/TKOs, 2 Submission | Combined Opponents’ Record: 95-37 | Best Win – Aigun Akhmedov (22-2)

Out of Poland Cezary Oleksiejczuk is the current FEN welterweight champion. The same promotion his brother Michal Oleksiejczuk fought in before signing to the UFC. Cezary is a thriving young man fighting at the age of just 22. He’s defended his FEN title twice. He’s fought good competition and is on a seven-fight win streak.

Oleksiejczuk is very put together everywhere the fight goes. On the feet, he has good distance management. He throws nice straight punches, one-twos, stabbing kicks, and has good vision. Takedown defense is often tested and Oleksiejczuk has superb defensive wrestling. Oleksiejczuk has underrated jiu-jitsu and his gas tank is strong. He’s gone the distance four times and gone five rounds twice. He’s overall well-rounded with a high ceiling and has the same if not more potential as his brother.
