Andre Schmidt is a bright young prospect who could very well have a high ceiling. So far, he hasn’t shown much of anything on the feet. Instead, Schmidt always wants the fight on the mat. His wrestling could be better as he mainly relies on his strength and explosiveness. On top is where he’s able to do his best work. Schmidt has excellent ground and pound always throwing and staying active. He can be a bit too aggressive but is still a dangerous athlete.
Schmidt didn’t fight in 2021 so to be signed this year he has to fight. With fights picking up in Germany he shouldn’t have a problem now booking a fight. The talent is there, he just needs to prove himself.
