Renan Barao lost his professional mixed martial arts debut. After that, “The Baron” went on to win 32 of his next 33 fights, with one fight ruled as a no contest.

T.J. Dillashaw was an up-and-coming fighter with a lot to prove at the time the pair met in 2014. Not only did he stun Barao by TKO to win the UFC bantamweight title, he beat him again 14 months later. Unthinkable, at the time, but Barao would then go into a tailspin, losing seven of his next nine fights.
