Nathaniel Wood is a young 26-year-old who is making a splash in the UFC’s bantamweight division. Wood is a very well-rounded fighter that can finish the fight with his fist or his excellent grappling and submission techniques. One of the most interesting things about Wood is that he has the power to finish the fight even deep into the second and third rounds. All three of Wood’s submission finishes in the UFC have been outside of the first round when both he and his opponents are slick with sweat, indicating just how good his technique is.  Nathaniel lost his last fight earlier this year but it was against a very game and experienced opponent in John Dodson.
