Joseph Larcinese Interview (1:41)

Kicking off this UFC Shanghai edition of TTP is our interview with Road to UFC flyweight semifinalist, Joseph Larcinese. Larcinese talks about his win in the quarterfinals of this year’s bracket and explains what he wish he did better. Plus, he talks about the cravings for some sweets, but getting an ill-timed stomach bug coming off of that fight. Now he’s hungrier than ever – literally and figuratively. He talks about what that hunger will look like in the cage as well as what it will look like when he seeks some sweets after the fact.

Fights, Dogs and Parlays: UFC Shanghai (10:48)

After a show on the West coast, the UFC crosses the Pacific for UFC Shanghai from China. Headlining the card is local favorite Sogn Yadong as he tries to catapault his way into the title picture at the expense of Umar Nurmagomedov. Plus, in the co-man event, top strawweight contender, Xiaonan Yan, looks to hold off Denise Gomes as she looks to ride up the rankings as well. We’ll break down those fights as well as some of our other favorite fights on the main card. Plus, as always, we’re hitting you with an underdog and a plus-money parlay that we think will make your wallet fat this weekend. For this segment, all odds via FanDuel Sportsbook.

Hunter Smith Interview (15:52)

Smith discusses the foundation he laid with American Kombat Alliance in his home of Lousiana. He discusses what it would mean to put them on the map a bit with a win on Contender Series. First, he’ll have to get through Adam Livingston on Week 4 of this year’s show. He breaks down that fight for us as well.
