Top 25 Pro MMA Prospects with Five Fights or Less

Cody Haddon
Pro record: 4-1
Amateur record: 5-0
Weight class: Bantamweight
Age: 24
Fighting out of Perth, Western Australia

Haddon is currently Australia’s best-kept secret. His only loss is to Steve Erceg who is now in the UFC. Haddon has a win over Jarrett Wilbraham who is a solid prospect. I rate Haddon pretty high already. He’s well-rounded. He has both solid wrestling and strong grappling. On the feet, he’s the full package. His vision, hand speed, bodywork, and volume all don’t go unnoticed. Haddon is the real deal and needs to be watched closely.

Cédric Doumbé
Pro record: 4-0
Amateur record: 0-0
Weight class: Welterweight
Age: 30
Fighting out of Limoges, France

In combat sports in general, Doumbe has a ton of experience, mostly in kickboxing. He’s a two-time Glory welterweight champion, WAKO Pro World K-1 middleweight champ, a WGP champion, and has multiple tournament victories. Doumbe has been stellar in MMA. His stand up of course is performed at a high level. It’s nice to see him show good takedown defense. He’s patient, picks his shots, mixes up his attacks with his kicks and hands, and his defense has been on point. Hopefully, the UFC signs the man after he almost debuted for them last year.
