Isaac “Primetime” Moreno
Welterweight | 25 | Houston, Texas, US | 6-0 | 3 KO/TKOs | Combined Opponent’s Record: 17-10
Moreno is a must for the Contender Series. He’s been killing it over in Texas for Fury FC and has been growing with each fight. I went from not even thinking he’s UFC level to thinking he’s top 25 in the UFC’s welterweight division right now. Moreno is a possible future contender so he needs jumped on as soon as possible.
Magomed Kabardiev
Lightweight | 27 | Astana, kazakhstan | 9-0 | 4 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission | Combined Opponent’s Record: 47-17
From Kazakhstan, Kabardiev had an extensive background in Pankration before coming to MMA. Kabardiev is still under the radar but I’m certain the UFC brass are aware of him. He has a few good wins but his most notable one is to former UFC fighter Valmir Lázaro. With his style in the cage, you can see his upbringing in Pankration. Kabardiev is a diverse striker/kickboxer that would be a lot of fun to see in the UFC.
