Hanekom has been in the sport for a while grinding against fair competition. He started fighting as a pro in 2015 and currently has won his last three. Hanekom is a pure athlete who comes from a background in rugby. He’s been fighting over in Brave CF and has clawed his way up to a UFC opportunity hopefully. Hanekom could’ve fought back on the first season of the Contender Series so maybe this is the year.
Kamal Magomedov

Getting a Magomedov fight is hard to get so this could be wishful thinking. Maybe something like a possible UFC contract will help him obtain more fights. In 2019 he won the Titan FC title but didn’t fight again until two years later. He only fought once last year. Outside of activity, if you look at the skillset then Magomedov would be a lock for the Contender Series. Let’s hope it happens.
