10 Featherweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2022

Tae Kyun “Ares” Kim

27 | 5’11″ | Ilsan, South Korea | 9-0 | 6 Finishes | 3 KO/TKOs, 3 Submission’s (RNC, Triangle, Armbar) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 55-17 | Best Win – Husein Kadimagomaev (7-0)

Since Kim signed with Brave CF in 2019 he’s made a name for himself. He’s 4-0 under the Brave CF banner. He debuted beating Erick da Silva who was 22-6. Then he went on to hand a solid prospect Husein Kadimagomaev his first loss. Kim is close to challenging for the Brave CF title. With that he should no doubt be signed to the UFC.

Kim doesn’t look like much of a fighter but his resume says otherwise. On the mat, he has some skills with three submission wins. He is better on the feet with his technical ability and pressure. Kim is constantly walking forward throwing crisp straight punches and hooks with his hands. He also has really good knees when he closes the distance.
