10 Featherweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2022

Busurmankul “Alay” Abdibait uulu

29 | 5’7″ | Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan | 14-3-1 | 10 Finishes | 7 KO/TKOs, 3 Submission’s (Achilles Lock, Armbar, Kneebar) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 88-43-3 | Best Win – Zalimbeg Omarov (10-2-1)

Former M-1 veteran Busurmankul Abdibait Uulu made his return to the cage last year after a year and a half layoff. He now fights for Khabib Nurmagomedov’s promotion EFC and is their current featherweight champion. He just won the title in August of last year. Kyrgyzstan has been killing it lately and this guy stands out among all featherweights.

Uulu can stand and trade in a brawl, wrestle, and grapple all very well. Uulu has a bombshell of a right hand, heavy kicks, strong wresting, and solid ground and pound. Arguably the best prospect out of Kyrgyzstan at the moment.
