10 Lightweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2022

Mateusz “Chińczyk” Rębecki

 28 | 5’7″ | Szczecin, Poland | 15-1 | 12 Finishes | 7 KO/TKOs, 5 Submission’s (Heel Hook, Armbar) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 152-51-4 | Best Win – Kaik Brito (12-1)

Rebecki is a BJJ black belt and is a two-time gold medalist in ADCC (Poland). He trains out of Berserker Team with fighters like Michal Materla, Tomasz Narkun, and many more established veterans. Rebecki is the current Fight Exclusive Night (FEN) lightweight champion with seven title defenses.

Rebecki was a bit one-dimensional at a time being solely a grappler. Now he’s slowly developed a striking game, mainly with a lot of power. He’s just so dangerous on the mat and that’s on top or bottom. It was rumored at a time he signed with the UFC but for some reason, it didn’t happen. Rebecki is one of the most deserving prospects among all divisions.
