Josh Fremd

Middleweight | 27 | Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US | 7-1 | Win Streak: 5 | 4 KO/TKOs, 2 Submissions

Fremd made his statement last year with two huge knockout wins in the LFA cage. Currently, LFA is holding a four-man tournament to crown a new middleweight champion. Fremd has already won his first fight, knocking out Contender Series veteran Bruno Oliveira. Now he’s fighting another Contender Series veteran, Gregory Rodrigues, in the tournament final for the title. With a win there, going straight to the UFC outright seems like a better fit, but the Contender Series is the next best solution.

Stephanie Geltmacher

Flyweight | 30 | Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US | 5-1 | Win Streak: 1 | 2 KO/TKOs

“Hold Fast” is a promising prospect out of Oklahoma who was born in Hawaii. Geltmacher is a four-time All-American wrestler. Geltmacher is only 5-1 but is a really tested 5-1 fighter. Her lone loss was to UFC fighter Victoria Leonardo in what was one of the best fights in Invicta FC history. On the other side, Geltmacher has beaten Caitlin Sammons, Liz Tracy, and Kerri Kenneson who are all good fighters. Putting her on the Contender Series makes sense and win or lose she’s gonna force a good fight.
