10 Middleweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2021

Ramazan Kuramagomedov

24 | 6’0″ | Makhachkala, Russia | 8-0 | 5 Finishes | 1 KO/TKO, 4 Submissions’ (Armbar, RNC, Von Flue Choe, Arm-triangle) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 55-21-2 | Best Win – Jordan Williams (8-2)

Kuramagomedov fought on the Contender Series in 2019 and had one of the toughest fights against Jordan Williams. The fight was arguably one of the best fights of the Summer. Many thought Williams won that fight including Dana White but myself and many others thought Ramazan did deserve getting his hand waved. Since that fight Kuramagomedov won two more bouts and is still not in the UFC. Williams on the other hand is in the UFC.

Kuramagomedov is a fighter with few flaws. His defense all around is solid from his head movement to his footwork to good takedown defense. He has good kickboxing and mixes in strikes and kicks together very well. The Russian is an unpredictable but technical fighter with solid cardio. He’s well-rounded so he has good takedowns and is a dangerous threat on top.
