10 Middleweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2021

Shamil Abdulaev

30 | 6’0″ | Vladivostok, Russia | 12-1 | 7 Finishes | 6 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission (Armbar) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 102-38-2 | Best Win – Wellington Lopes
  (9-1)

Abdulaev is a good Russian prospect who trains out of an awesome camp in Krepost Fight Club. His only loss is to the ACA middleweight champion in Salamu Abdurakhmanov. Since that loss, Abdulaev has won his next and last two fights. This would low key be a solid signing from the UFC.

Russia’s Abdulaev is a good solid wrestler who can chain wrestle for three rounds getting multiple takedowns a fight. And on top once he gets the takedown he has effective ground-and-pound. Abdulaev has showed an impressive kicking attack but on the feet, for the most part, he is a bit sluggish but has big power.
