With three full divisions for female fighters, and a fourth that’s constantly in limbo, there is always a need for fresh blood in the UFC’s women’s divisions.

The UFC has about 3.2 divisions for the ladies (and we’re being kind about the lack of a featherweight division here). Strawweight, flyweight, and bantamweight have been big success stories for the promotion since their introduction, however.

Amanda Nunes currently is making a case as the women’s GOAT at 135 and 145lbs. Valentina Shevchenko has the chance to become a dominant force at flyweight (really, she already is). Strawweight is in flux right now, but we’re not too far removed from the Joanna Champion era.

Who can the UFC bring in to bolster these divisions? We’ve got 15 fighters who have potential.

Here’s a look at last year’s list, featuring current UFC roster members Felicia Spencer, Hannah Goldy, Istela Nunes, Miranda Granger, Julia Avila, Mizuki Inoue, Tracy Cortez, and Virna Jandiroba signing with the UFC in 2019:
