The PFL 4 2019 show went down Thursday night in New Jersey, and brought with it promotional darling Kayla Harrison. Sarah Kaufman, meanwhile, was already in the playoffs.
PFL 4 2019 from the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey would go down Thursday night, with women’s lightweights and men’s welterweights taking center stage. It was the second of two regular-season bouts for the PFL fighters, with the playoffs looming large.
Ahead of the event, a couple of fights fell through due to blown weight cuts. Top seed on the women’s side Sarah Kaufman earned three points and a walk over win after opponent Roberta Samad missed the lightweight limit. That left Kaufman with nine points, and ensured her entry to the post-season.
Zane Kamaka missed weight for the second time this season, securing his release from the promotion in the process. Opponent Andre Fialho moved into the seventh seed as a result.
