ONE Championship has added another intriguing matchup to its summer lineup, as veteran contender Jihin Radzuan is set to welcome rising Australian prospect Anastasia Nikolakakos to the atomweight MMA division at ONE Fight Night 45 on July 17.
Radzuan (10-5) enters the contest looking to build on the momentum from her impressive stoppage victory over Gabriela Fujimoto earlier this year. The atomweight has spent nearly her entire career fighting under the ONE banner with victories over Jenelyn Olsim, Itsuki Hirata and Bi Nguyen to name a few.
Nikolakakos (6-0) aims to continue her ascent after announcing herself to the ONE Championship audience with a highlight reel knockout of Victória Souza in her promotional debut. Prior to her move to ONE she competed under the Invicta FC and Combate Global banner, respectively. She’ll attempt to remain undefeated as she takes on one of the more experienced atomweights on the roster.
With both women seeking to establish themselves as legitimate threats in the atomweight ranks, the matchup could create the next contender in the division.
ONE Fight Night 45 takes place in Bangkok, Thailand at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium on July 17. The card, as of now, is as follows:
