ONE Championship bantamweight Jeremy Pacatiw is set to welcome Elbek Alyshov to the promotion at ONE Fight Night 34 on Aug 1 in Bangkok, Thailand sources tell Cageside Press.
Pacatiw (13-6) will look to bounce back into the winner’s column against the debutant following a decision loss in March. The Lion’s Nation MMA product has a 3-2 record with ONE Championship with wins over Rui Chen, Tial Thang and Shuo Wang.
‘The Juggernaut’ hails from the Philippines and has fought all over the world countries such as Brazil, India, Morocco, Pakistan, and Indonesia. The Wushu Sanda master holds a 67% finish rate going into the Alyshov fight.
Alyshov (8-0) is a very promising prospect out of Azerbaijan. In 8 professional bouts he has 7 finishes and gone to the score cards only once. He enters the promotion off that lone decision victory right into a very tough test against Pacatiw.
