Scouting the Globe 2022: The Five Best Prospects From The United States

Flyweight, Phumi Nkuta (5-0)

Nkuta is only 5-0 in his pro career but has looked apart. He won the CFFC title when he was just three fights into his pro career. He defended that title twice and also won titles as an amateur as well.

Nkuta trains out of Longo and Weidman MMA, and they have a bright star on their hands regarding “Turbo.” His wrestling, grappling, and cardio are the reasons for his career success thus far. Along with a dominant style he brings to the table his work on the mic is excellent. He’s young in his career but this is a young division and he’s already done enough to be considered one of the best flyweight prospects.
