Renato Moicano (14-4-1 MMA, 6-4 UFC)

Featherweight (145lbs): 5-3 (UFC)

Lightweight (155lbs): 1-1 (UFC)

Renato Moicano has fought the who’s who of both the featherweight (Kattar, Ortega, Swanson, Aldo, The Korean Zombie) and lightweight divisions. Every time you watch 32 year old Moicano compete, it is against high level competition.

Moicano stands a 5’11” and has a 72″ reach. In all but two of Renato’s UFC fights at featherweight, he used his allotted grace pound, potentially indicating a difficult weight cut. Despite that, it’s worth noting that Moicano has never missed weight at featherweight while in the UFC. Since moving up to lightweight Renato has a .500 record and has taken no steps down in competition (As his most recent bout with Rafael Fiziev clearly displayed). Renato will be a fighter to watch on the scale and in the cage at his relatively new weight class.
