Bantamweight Raul Rosas Jr. has his first UFC main event set.

Rosas (12-1) will face off against Raoni Barcelos (22-5) in the five-round main event of UFC Vegas 121 on September 21, 2026. Promotion officials announced the booking during Saturday’s UFC 330 main card broadcast.

News of the fight had previously been reported by Ag.Fight.

Winner of five straight contests, Brazil’s Raoni Barcelos has notched victories over the likes of former UFC bantamweight champ Cody Garbrandt, highly touted prospect Payton Talbott, and the always tough Ricky Simon, among others.

With the UFC since 2018, Barcelos won his first five bouts with the organization, before hitting a rough patch that saw him post a 1-4 record. He now sits ranked #13 in the UFC’s official rankings, as voted on by the media.

Raul Rosas Jr signed with the UFC as a 17-year old after winning his fight on Dana White’s Contender Series, making him the youngest fighter in UFC history. He made his debut as an 18-year old and has won five straight, posting a 6-1 record in the promotion overall.

Last time out, Rosas got the better of veteran Rob Font.
