Rettinghouse is a guy who isn’t great anywhere but is good everywhere. He’s well-rounded, he’s very durable, and he’s extremely tough to put away. He’s been fighting over Russia against solid competition so appearing on The Ultimate Fighter, he’s not going to be flustered.

Arguably, Rettinghouse can compete right now in the UFC. He can be the type of fighter that can stop momentum or at least always put on tough fights. The only thing that could hold him back too much on TUF is just getting out-pointed and out-scored.
