Lampros has looked stellar in his pro career going 5-0 with five first-round stoppages. His level of competition hasn’t been great but he’s performing as expected. As an amateur, he at least fought Eric Ellington and current Bellator star Tywan Claxton who are both solid fighters. While the footage on him isn’t great, you can tell right away that Lampros gets right after it. Everything he throws on the feet is fight-ending. When he gets it to the mat his ground and pound has been lethal. With so much energy he puts on early it will be interesting to see if his cardio holds up. When he was an amateur he was taken down a lot. In his defense, it was against good wrestlers and now as a pro it’s gotten better it seems. I like Lampros and I think he’s a threat this season.
