Mike Davis is just two fights into his UFC career, and yet has looked incredibly promising. Mike’s first fight in the UFC was against Gilbert Burns and though he lost, time has shown that that was a very high level competitor for a fighter’s UFC debut.

In Mike’s next, and most recent fight, he took on Thomas Gifford in October of 2019.  It was a sustained beatdown. And Davis was able capture a beautiful KO, faceplanting Gifford with just 15 seconds left in the third round with a right cross to win the fight. Mike is a pressure fighter, in all of his fights he is coming forward, looking to impose his win upon his opponents with his long punch combinations. The win against Gifford displayed Mike’s willingness to push the tempo of the fight and look for the finish even late in the fight that he was obviously winning.
