The vacant KSW welterweight title will be on the line when Marian Ziolkowski takes on Roman Szymanski at KSW 57.

The belt was left vacant when Mateusz Gamrot jumped ship to the UFC earlier this year. With the addition of Ziolkowski vs. Szymanski, the December 19 card now has a total of three title fights. Heavyweight champion Phil De Fries headlines the event, defending his belt against Michal Kita. Bantamweight champ Antun Rakic is also expected to appear, against an opponent yet to be announced.

Ziolkowski (21-8-1) was the most recent fighter defeated by Gamrot, at KSW 54 in August. His bout against Szymanski (13-5) will serve as the evening’s co-main event. KSW officials announced the news in a press release Wednesday, following a report by MMA Fighting the previous day.

The full KSW 57 card as it currently stands can be found below. The event will be available to stream via KSW TV.
