Jordan Wright is looking to make his UFC debut at UFC Las Vegas 7. Jordan is a fighter that uses his footwork and movement to surprise opponents as he is from a traditional martial art background. Jordan Wright has a 100% finish rate and only one of his fights has made it out of the first round.

Wright was on the Contender Series in 2018 but was steamrolled in the first round by Anthony Hernandez, in a bout that was later declared a no-contest.  Wright’s opponents combined records are 25-45 and the first opponent he fought with a win on their record wasn’t until his 8th professional fight.

The one fight for Jordan that has left the first round, his most recent one, was his most impressive. Jordan fought the most experienced opponent he’s ever faced in Gabriel Checco, and he had to stay in the cage for longer than he ever has before. Wright passed that test with flying colors and it should be interesting to see how he fares against some UFC caliber competition.
