Herbert “The Blaze” Burns (10-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC)

Featherweight (145lbs): 2-0 (UFC), Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series Fight

Catchweight (150lbs): Upcoming bout with Evan Dunham

Herbert Burns is very much built like his big brother, Gilbert Burns. Herbert is also built like a tank, just a little smaller one in comparison to his brother, and really carries a good amount of muscle. Herbert burst on the scene with a first-round finish of Nate Landwehr at UFC Raleigh back in January. UFC 250 will be Herbert’s sophomore bout.

Burns’ bout against UFC un-retired veteran Evan Dunham was added to the UFC 250 card a week before the bout. Herbert’s opponent also is making a weight change coming out of retirement by coming down to 150lbs catchweight bout. This is the second week in a row that the UFC has utilized a 150lb catchweight. At UFC Vegas last week, they did so for the Billy Quarantillo vs. Spike Carlyle fight.
