The UFC has announced the full fight cards for Wednesday May 13 and Saturday May 16, which will include several former title challengers and ranked contenders throughout both events.
At 5:15pm ET, @danawhite will join @bokamotoESPN to announce the finalized fight cards for @ufc events on May 13 and 16.

UFC President Dana White spoke with ESPN’s Brett Okamoto today and announced the headliners for the May 13 and May 16 events in Jacksonville, Florida. A light-heavyweight bout between Anthony Smith and Glover Teixeira will headline May 13 while a heavyweight bout between Alistair Overeem and Walt Harris will headline the May 16 event. Both fights had been reported previously.
Anthony “Lionheart” Smith and Glover Teixeira were once scheduled to headline a card in Smith’s hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska on April 25, before the coronavirus pandemic forced the cancellation of the event. Smith is 4-1 since moving up to 205 pounds with his only loss coming to Jon Jones for the light-heavyweight title last March. Smith also made headlines recently when he fought off an intruder in his home last month. Teixeira is on a three fight win-streak and last fought in September of 2019 where he defeated Nikita Krylov.
“The Demolition Man” Alistair Overeem and “The Big Ticket” Walt Harris were previously scheduled to fight on April 11 in Portland, Oregon prior to the event being cancelled. Overeem is looking rebound from a loss to Jairzinho Rozenstruik last December where he suffered a knockout in the fifth round of a bout many had him winning. Harris was originally set to be Overeem’s opponent in December but withdrew from the bout as his stepdaughter, Aniah Blanchard, went missing and the case was ongoing. Harris will enter the bout on a two fight win-streak with his last victory coming against Aleksei Oleinik last July.
White also announced the complete undercard for both events which are listed below. Both events are scheduled to air on ESPN+ as non-pay-per-view events.
