10 Middleweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2020

Ramazan Kuramagomedov

23 | 6’0″ | Makhachkala, Russia | 7-0 | 4 Finishes | 1 KO/TKO, 3 Submissions’ (Armbar, RNC, Von Flue Choe) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 51-19-2 | Best Win – Jordan Williams (8-2)

Ramazan Kuramagomedov is another prospect that fought on the Contender Series this past Summer, but came out empty-handed. He had one of the toughest fights against a top prospect in Jordan Williams. The fight was arguably the best of the Summer and in a fight that could have gone either way, it’s a shame neither athlete got the UFC contract. Since that fight, Ramazan has got back on the board with another win.

Kuramagomedov is a fighter with few flaws. His defense all around is solid from his head movement to his footwork and good takedown defense. He has good kickboxing and mixes in strikes and kicks together very well. The Russian is an unpredictable but technical fighter with solid cardio. He’s well-rounded so he has good takedowns and is a dangerous threat on top.
