Pros and Cons
- Excellent Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling
- Very good ground and pound
- Fast starter
- Good in the clinch
- Not much on the feet
- Good wrestling
- Strong top position
- Fight stopping ground and pound
- Takedown defense needs work
- A bit wild
Who has the Advantage?
Knockout Power: Knight
Cardio: Even, maybe Knight
Both are big light heavyweights so there is always a chance this fight ends in a knockout. With that said, both prefer to get their work in on the mat. Knight is the more explosive guy but Alacabek has the better technique. Knight has ended up on his back at times, while Alacabek never has. Alacabek has a big advantage grappling, and with the poor takedown defense of Knight, that’s concerning. Alacabek has just looked so good on the mat.
Next: Brok Weaver vs. Devin Smyth
