GLORY 87 took place on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Rotterdam Ahoy arena in Rotterdam, Netherlands with a heavyweight grand prix qualifying tournament, plus the promotion’s lightweight title on the line.

In the co-main event on Saturday night, lightweight champ Tyjani Beztati put his title on the line against Kaito Ono. Japan’s Ono had twice the kickboxing experience as the champ, a Moroccan who had recently claimed victory over featherweight champion Petch Kiatmuu9.

In the night’s heavyweight tournament, two-sport athlete Mo Amine, also a PFL fighter on the MMA side, was set to take on Bahram Rajabzadeh, while on the other side of the bracket, Uku Jürjendal faced Martin Terpstra. The winner would earn a spot in the GLORY Heavyweight Grand Prix at the end of the year — with half a million dollars on the line.

The GLORY 87 prelims get underway at 1PM ET and can be viewed below. The main card can be purchased via GLORYFIGHTS.com. Full results are below.
