Former ONE two-sport champ Stamp Fairtex brought her “Stamp Dance” and well-rounded skillset to the United States on Friday, as she took on Invicta FC alum Alyse Anderson at ONE Fight Night 10.

The atomweight fight arrived on the main card of the Colorado-based event, which marked the promotion’s debut on U.S. soil.

Anderson looked very light on her feet in the early going, even for an atomweight (or strawweight, depending on how you viewed ONE’s approach to weight classes). Regardless, she still had to contend with a Stamp kick, survived that, and later clinched up along the fence. Anderson took the fight down, but in a scramble, it was Stamp coming out on top. Anderson, however, latched on with an inverted triangle, though it wasn’t fully in place, allowing Stamp to pull free with a few hammer fists for good measure.

Back on the feet, Anderson pressed forward, punching her way to close the distance. There was no takedown this time, but Anderson would later fire a spinning back fist which Stamp took to the side of the head. Anderson would blast her way into another takedown attempt with just over a minute left, but Stamp would fight that off, and fire a knee in the clinch before Anderson pulled free. Anderson was showing blood by one eye, but was undeterred, continuing to walk Stamp down.

Round two saw Anderson catch a leg — and in an impressive display of dexterity Stamp climbed her opponent like a spider monkey, taking the back standing in a fluid motion. She got both hooks in along the fence, but the ref warned the pair to keep working after they stalled out hand fighting. Stamp then dropped off the back, and the finish came moments later.

As Stamp and Anderson came together, the Thai star fired a knee followed by a kick to the body that immediately had her opponent locking up and going down. Anderson could barely move for a good minute, with Fairtex earning the body kick KO.

Stamp now goes on to an interim title fight with atomweight champ Angela Lee out for the foreseeable future. She also picked up a $50,000 bonus for the win.

Official Result: Stamp Fairtex def. Alyse Anderson by knockout (body kick), Round 2, 2:27
