Michal Oleksiejczuk Is Not Afraid Of Streaking Borralho, Sees Top 15 Rank

Las Vegas, NV – UFC middleweight Michal Oleksiejczuk continues his run at 185-pounds as he takes on Caio Borralho at UFC Vegas 72 on Saturday night.

“Caio is very good grappler, and he has a lot of wins. He has (a) very good win streak,” Oleksiejczuk told reporters on Wednesday.

“But (I’m not) scared of Caio. I must fight. I must show the best fight, and I am ready for fight.”

A win over Borralho, who rides a very long win streak, but is 3-0 in the UFC, will likely push Oleksiejczuk into the ranked fight discussion. Specially if he’s able to finish third fight in a row.

“I think that if I win this fight I am in top 15 in the rankings. This is my opinion and I must make it,” he said.

The move to middleweight has proven to be a good one for Oleksiekjczuk as he’s finished two 185-ers in a row. The cut to middleweight doesn’t seem to have been too difficult for him as he states he’s had to make a lifestyle change to make the weight.

“I feel very good in this division. My last two fights was very good because I like knocking my opponent (out), and I am very happy,” he said.

“My style in life is different because I must keep a diet. I must make lot of training sessions in gym, and that’s it.”
