10 Light Heavyweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2023

Emilio “Rixa” Quissua

25 | 6’4″ | Balingen, Germany | 4-0 | 3 Finishes | 3 KO/TKOs | Combined Opponents’ Record: 14-9 | Best Win – Kevin Oumar (8-3)

Quissua is training out of Planet Eater which is a top gym out of Germany. Kevin Oumar was someone on my radar and Quissua got him out of there in round one last September. He’s very young for the division and fighting for UAE Warriors he could get fast-tracked to the UFC. Being the UAW champion only ups his stock.

Quissua is someone I’ve got a good feeling about. He’s got good size, is a good athlete and is well-rounded enough. He moves light on the feet and sticks and moves well. He snipes on the outside actively throwing straight punches and kicks. Quissua is good in the clinch with elbows and knees and can explode forward at any time. He may need another win or two but looks UFC-bound.
