Prediction: Kai is a decent fighter and I think he’s a good regional guy that will put on good fights there. Hans brings a lot more to the table but is 33-years-old so he doesn’t have time on his side.
Regarding the match-up, the only real obstacle for Hans is avoiding the power shots. Hans has been knocked out before. In his defense, he was knocked out following a barrage of punches. Kai throws single strikes so it’s not a big concern. For Hans, this is his fight to lose. I’m sure his wrestling and ground game will take over but he has Kai beat everywhere. Especially if the fight goes long, as Hans will get even better. The pick is Hans and I’m confident.
