Almost certainly the most popular fighter on the KSW roster, former five-time World’s Strongest Man winner Mariusz Pudzianowski returned to action on Saturday atop KSW 70.

“Pudzian” had won four straight fights leading into the event, which saw him paired up with former middleweight champ Michal Materla. The ex-strongman entered the fight with a sizable 34 pound weight advantage over Materla, who had fought at 185 pounds as recently as January.

Also on Saturday’s card, Polish heavyweight Daniel Omelianczuk made his promotional debut after over a decade in the sport. The “Polish Bear” was up against Brazil’s Ricardo Prasel, and looking to snap a two fight skid.

Former light heavyweight title challenger Ivan Erslan of Croatia, meanwhile, was looking to make it three wins in a row when he took on Rafał Kijańczuk. In his last two outings, Erslan had picked up wins over TUF 28 vet Przemysław Mysiala and UFC alum Luis Henrique da Silva.

KSW 70 takes place at the Atlas Arena in Lodz, Poland on Saturday, May 28, 2022. The event streams live on KSW.TV. Full results can be found below.
