10 Bantamweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2022

Jack Cartwright

27 | 5’9″ | Bolton, England | 10-0 | 8 Finishes | 3 KO/TKOs, 4 Submissions’ (Keylock, D’Arce Choke, Guillotine, RNC, Arm-triangle) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 57-21-1 | Best Win – Marko Kovacevic (11-2-1)

Cage Warriors held a one-night four-man tournament in 2019 to crown a new bantamweight champion. Cartwright won that title and then defended it three times. After his latest title defense he vacated his title and has decided to test free agency. No news as of yet on where he will go. Even though his last fight wasn’t the greatest performance prior to that he’s looked outstanding.

Cartwright has been wrestling since the age of five and has a background as a former ABA boxer. Cartwright just recently began showing his striking; with his power and timing, he’s just as good as he is as a grappler. The Brit is a good wrestler and more of an exceptional grappler. He’s got a very dangerous guillotine and d’arce he’s finished with a few times. Cartwright is the real deal.
