Deron Winn (7-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC)

Middleweight (185lbs): 1-2 (UFC), Missed weight 1x

Catchweight (190lbs.): 1-0 (MMA)

Catchweight (192lbs.): 1-0 (MMA)

Catchweight (195lbs.): 1-0 (UFC)

Light Heavyweight (205lbs): 3-0 (MMA)

Deron Winn made his debut in the UFC back in 2019. The former Team USA Olympic Wrestling Trials medals has long had struggles with his weight dating back to his ameatur wrestling career.

Winn stands at just 5’6″ tall with a 70″ reach, which is incredibly undersized for a UFC middleweight. Quite frankly, Deron Winn’s height and reach would be practically undersized for the UFC’s men’s featherweight division. Nevertheless UFC fans shouldn’t count out Deron Winn as there are quite a few similarities between himself and the former UFC double champion and former Team Captian of AKA (where Winn trains) Daniel Cormier.

Deron has not made it to 185lbs since his fight last March, against Gerald Meerschaert.  So Winn will be a fighter to watch on the scale especially at the age of 32.
