UFC Vegas 16 saw its main event take a hit more than once in the lead-up to this weekend’s ESPN event. Whether it’s one of those cards that exceeds expectations regardless remains to be seen. But as it stands, middleweight Jack Hermansson, ranked fourth in the promotion’s official rankings, will take on the 13th ranked 185lb’er, Marvin Vettori.

For Vettori, who was originally supposed to face Jacare Souza one week later, it’s a step up to the top of the division. Something the Italian fighter has long called for. It’s also the first time an Italian fighter has headlined a UFC event, meaning his fans will definitely be watching.

Also on the card, Ovince Saint Preux faces Jamahal Hill in the light heavyweight co-main event. Gian Villante, Matt Wiman, Louis Smolka, and others also feature.

Weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 16 (UFC on ESPN 19) get underway at 12PM ET on Friday, December 3. Results can be found below.

Only co-main event light heavyweight Ovince Saint Preux weighed in heavy on Friday. Coming in at 1.5lbs early in the weigh-in window, he did not continue to cut weight.
