10 Bantamweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2020

Magomed “Tiger” Magomedov

28 | 5’9″ | Makhachkala, Russia | 16-1 | 11 Finishes | 4 KO/TKOs, 7 Submissions (Guillotine, RNC, Armbar) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 130-31-1 | Best Win – Petr Yan (5-0)

Magomed Magomedov is on of the best prospects out of Russia. His record speaks for itself, as he has fought good competition including UFC bantamweight contender Petr Yan. Magomedov is also the former ACB bantamweight champion, and arguably only legit fighters get to wear that promotion’s belt. He hasn’t fought since November of 2018 however. There were some talks with him and the UFC at some point so hopefully, they start back up again.

Magomedov is a good striker that has improved over the years but owns a better kicking game. He likes to get flashy at times, throwing a lot of spinning kicks which may be his best weapon. He is an excellent wrestler with superb grappling and can wrestle/grapple during the duration of the fight with his tremendous endurance.
