10 Lightweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2020

Mateusz “Chińczyk” Rębecki

 27 | 5’7″ | Szczecin, Poland | 11-1 | 9 Finishes | 4 KO/TKOs, 5 Submissions’ (Heel Hook, Armbar) | Combined Opponents’ Record: 94-32-2 | Best Win – Kaik Brito (12-1)

Mateusz Rebecki is a BJJ black belt and is a two-time gold medalist in ADCC (Poland). He trains out of Berserker Team with fighters like Michal Materla, Tomasz Narkun, and much more established veterans. Rebecki is a former Fight Exclusive Night lightweight champion which is a solid promotion out of Poland. Rebecki is a bit one-dimensional being solely a grappler but in that area, he’s just so dangerous and that’s on top or bottom. It was rumored last year he signed with the UFC but for some reason, it didn’t happen. With a win in his upcoming fight there’s a good chance his next fight will be in the UFC.
