ONE Championship: Hero’s Ascent Live Stream and Results

A flyweight title fight, and the opening bout of the ONE lightweight grand prix were a one-two punch at ONE Championship’s Hero’s Ascent on Friday.

ONE Championship was back in action on Friday with its second event of 2019, Hero’s Ascent. Going down from the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines, the card was topped by flyweight title action. That main event saw champ Geje Eustaquio, with the home town crowd behind him, defending against former champ and flyweight standout Adriano Moraes.

Yet Friday’s Hero’s Ascent card was important for another reason as well: it marked the kickoff of the promotion’s lightweight grand prix. The tournament, spread out across multiple events and set to include Demetrious Johnson at a later show, was launched by the co-main event. That pairing saw standout Honorio Banario, a former featherweight champ in the company, take on Lowen Tynanes. Tynanes entered the night undefeated, but could he keep it that way?

Come fight time (6AM EST), you can catch the action via the Hero’s Ascent live stream above, where available. Check below for full results from the card.
