A full 50% of Tuesday’s Dana White’s Contender Series Season 10, Week 2 line-up was comprised of fighters returning to the show, making the season’s second episode very much about redemption.
Five of ten fighters scheduled to appear in week two had fought on the show in recent seasons, including featured fighter Kaik Brito, a former two-time (and recent) Oktagon MMA champion.
Brito gets Namo Fazil of MVP MMA infamy this week, a fighter who made a splash by calling out everyone from Nate Diaz to Arman Tsarukyan after arriving on the radar with the Netflix card.
Also returning, Trent Miller, Cristian Perez, Mahamed Aly, and Alik Lorenz. The last two were paired up with one another, meaning it was likely someone was earning a UFC contract with their second appearance on DWCS.
