Dana White has said he loves it when Contender Series winners want to get right to work, an week one of DWCS Season 10 saw Anthony Wint win a deal and ask for just that.
He’s no doubt in White’s good books, and now Wint has his debut set: Wint (7-0) will face fellow newcomer Terrance Chatman (5-1) as part of UFC Sacramento on August 22.
That’s less than two weeks between fights for Wint. Heavy.com’s Marcel Dorff was first to report the news; Chatman later confirmed the booking on social media.
For heavyweight Anthony Wint, it has been a whirlwind week. He headlined the first episode of Dana White’s Contender Series Season 10 on Tuesday, earning a 34-second finish of Matt Adams via ground n’ pound. Now, he’s got his first UFC fight straight ahead, as part of a Fight Night card in the promotion’s return to Sacramento.
Terrance Chatman is a Fury FC veteran who has spent his entire pro career (and much of his amateur run) with the company. He’s coming off a leg kick TKO of Juan Torres in July.
Coincidentally, three of Wint’s pro fights also came under the Fury FC banner.
UFC Sacramento takes place on August 22, 2026 at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA. Middleweight action headlines, with the following match-ups announced and reported for the Fight Night card:
