Heavyweight action was set for the main event of Friday’s LFA 230.
Headliner Nyle Bartling appeared on The Ultimate Fighter Season 30, but came up short and never did make it to the UFC. Winner of his last three fights, all by finish, he was looking to win his way back to the big show against Charlie Cleveland, a 5-1 prospect who had also won his last three bouts.
In the co-main event, middleweights David Wright and John Moore faced off, with Canada’s Moore coming off the first loss of his pro career, and Wright entering on a five-fight win streak.
