Lucas Seibert Looking For Spot On LFA 214 Card In Sioux Falls

LFA bantamweight Lucas Seibert made his promotional debut with a bang earning the first round TKO stoppage against Gustavo Kruger at LFA 211 on Friday night.

“I feel great man. Having the opportunity to fight for such a big organization, prominent organization, and then going out and getting a first round finish is honestly pretty great feeling. Kind of processing it all at once,” Seibert told Cageside Press following the victory.

Seibert (5-0) scored the first round TKO victory over Kruger in the prelims. Kruger had been out of action for an extended period of time, but was still a veteran opponent for the 25-year-old out of Pittsburgh, PA.

“The first minute we were on the feet he felt good. He felt like any other fighter I’ve fought but I’m in it,” he said.

“I’m active. I grappled last month. I plan on fighting again soon. I’m in this game and I’m in it for the long haul and I think that kind of showed.”

Looking to keep the momentum going Seibert shot his shot for a spot on the upcoming LFA 214 card in Sioux Falls, SD.

“I’m welcome to any opportunity. Whatever my management tells me to do,” he said.

“South Dakota in August doesn’t sound too bad.”
