Poland’s KSW, a month after heading to the Czech Republic, was back home on Polish soil with KSW 104, featuring an interim title fight in the main event.
That bout found #2-ranked Piotr Kuberski taking on Tomasz Romanowski, who was holding the #4 ranking in the 185lb division. The winner was expected to be lined up for a fight with champ Pawel Pawlak in the future; Pawlak had last defended his title in July of 2024.
3-0 under the KSW banner, Kuberski was a former FEN champion, while Romanowski was coming off a Fight of the Night loss back in 2023 against Damian Janikowski – and had not competed since.
