UFC middleweight Chris Curtis is finishing up preparations for his fight with Roman Kopylov at UFC Vegas 101 on Jan. 11 at the UFC APEX.

He just didn’t think he’d have to deal with spies as well.

“Couple weeks ago, 2 Russians show up looking to be part of the team. After 2 weeks they vanish soon as Kopylov comes into town and are now training together.

Scumbag move Kopylov.”

Curtis (31-11) comes into the fight off a split-decision loss to Brendan Allen in April. He was supposed to face Kevin Holland at UFC 307, but withdrew due to a foot injury. Roman Dolidze took his place and defeated Holland after the latter suffered a rib injury and could not continue.

Kopylov (13-3) has enjoyed a good run since 2022. In his last five bouts he’s gone 4-1 with his sole loss coming at the hands of Anthony Hernandez in February.

There hasn’t been much beef between Curtis and Kopylov until now. Even after this accusation from Curtis went viral Kopylov is yet to respond.

It’ll be an interesting media day to say the least.
