The world of boxing continues to have it’s wild moments and another one has been announced as Mike Tyson and Jake Paul look to headline a boxing event on July 20 in Arlington, Texas.

Most Valuable Promotions and Netflix announced the fight on Thursday.

The event will take place at AT&T Stadium which is home to the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys and affectionally referred to as Jerry World.

Both fighters took to social media to announce the bout as well with Tyson tweeting a poster with the post, “We signed the contract.”

Tyson will be back in the right for the first time since 2020 and an exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr which was ruled a draw. The boxing heavyweight legend had been flirting with other matchups and decided to take on ‘The Problem Child’.

Paul is coming off a knockout victory over Ryan Bourland, and last fought in Texas against Nate Diaz in 2023 where he picked up a decision victory over the former UFC welterweight super star.

Paul is also signed to the Professional Fighter’s League where the MMA world awaits his cage fighting debut.

No other bouts have been announced for the card as of this post.
