After seeing their UFC 296 showdown fall through, welterweights Randy Brown and Muslim Salikhov have been rebooked for a date in early February.

Per an updated fight card on ESPN Fight Center, Brown vs. Salikhov has landed on UFC Vegas 85 on February 3, 2024.

That puts it less than two months off from the pair’s original date.

Brown (17-5), with the UFC since 2016, is 5-1 in his last six, with his lone loss coming to the highly touted prospect that is Australia’s Jack Della Maddalena. After falling to JDM, Brown bounced back with a unanimous decision win over Wellington Turman last June.

Randy Brown holds notable wins over Bryan Barberena, Francisco Trinaldo, Alex “Cowboy” Oliveira and others during his UFC tenure.

Salikhov (19-4) will be looking to return to the win column in the fight, having dropped a decision to Nicolas Dalby in his last bout. That fight also took place in June of 2023, putting Salikhov and Brown on an equal timeline for their return.
